I NEED SAME DAY DELIVERY AND PICK UP, CAN YOU DO THAT?
If you give us 72 hours advanced notice at time of booking we can accommodate same day delivery/pick up. If this is being done with an HOA or condo association please let us know so we can coordinate with the HOA on delivery and pick up restrictions as well as times we are allowed to work in your community.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are 100% fully insured with auto, general liability and workers comp. All of our commercial accounts require Doctor Dumpsters to carry premium insurance. This is a critical questions to ask of any dumpster or trailer service you are considering working with. If something goes wrong on your property or worksite, an uninsured company is a huge financial liability and risk.
ARE YOU LICENSED?
Yes, we are fully licensed and registered in the state of Florida. Make sure you only work with legitimate haulers with the appropriate licensing & insurance.
WHAT SIZE DUMPSTERS DO YOU RENT?
Our residential friendly dumpsters come in 2 sizes. We have our 15 yard and 20 yard dumpsters for rent in Tampa, Florida. Our dumpsters take up the equivalent to one parking space 14ft x 7.5ft.
DO YOU OFFER DRIVEWAY PROTECTION?
Yes, absolutely! We highly recommend driveway protection, especially when you have pavers or a painted driveway. Please mention this at the time of your booking. We can drop off the dumpster with it never touching your driveway! Our Driveway Protection Service is FREE and our way of showing our customers that they are our #1 priority.

WHAT IF I EXCEED THE DUMPSTER WEIGHT ALLOWANCE?
Currently all Doctor Dumpster rentals come with 2 tons at the dump. If you go over 2 tons you will be billed overage at $100/ton + tax. Example 3.6 tons (Overage 1.6 x $100 = $160)

DO I NEED TO MEET FOR DUMPSTER DROP AND PICK UP?
The simple answer is no! But please give us specific instructions as to where you would like the dumpster to be placed. For example, left side of driveway or dumpster up close to the house.(might prevent rear door from opening but better for roof projects) How can we make your job easier? Just let us know! ARE THERE PROHIBITED ITEMS?
Doctor Dumpsters is environmentally friendly and as such, we follow all restrictions set forth by the local landfills. Please see the below public resources links that can provide assistance for specific questions about trash hauling in your specific county. For example, Manatee county mixed loads (Construction/demolition mixed with brush/trees in the same dumpster) results in a $180/ton mixed load fee which is passed along to the customer.

All pressure treated pilings must be cut down into 3ft sections. Doctor Dumpsters must be notified at time of booking for loads of pressure treated wood as it is not accepted at all dump locations.
